It is very important to remember that whatever you eat it always reflects on your body or skin. One of the most important well known tips is to reduce the sugar intake. Most of them think that healthy beverages have less sugar content which is absolutely wrong in the real scenario. Excess sugar intake causes increase in insulin activity which leads to increase in fat content in the body. Fruits and vegetables are rich in fiber, antioxidants and are excellent at fighting free radicals. Frequent intake of fruits and vegetables helps in fighting against signs of aging, acne. Turmeric and ginger work great in reducing inflammation. They are good anti bacterial products and helps in maintaining clear and glowing skin. So it is better to include ginger and turmeric in most of your foods. Green tea intake also has the same effects as above. Drink more water frequently and cut down the dairy products. If someone have the habit of drinking milk every day it is better to take skimmed or low fat milk. Eggs are rich in proteins, vitamins which protects you from the dry skin. Very well known tip but important to remember is strictly avoid junk and deeply fried foods to get rid of pimples, blackheads and premature ageing.

Apart from the diet using the best suitable face wash or soap is the start for making the good skin. Use cleansers to remove the makeup or dirt. The main thing is to look while selecting skin lightening creams are bearberry, arbutin, mulberry, ginseng, emblica and vitamins like C, A. Use moisturizer with an age protecting agent. Use a good scrub which removes the dead cells on the skin and encourages the production of new cells. But it is better not to use the scrub frequently. There is a myth that sunscreen lotion should be used only during summers but not in winter. But in real situation sunscreen lotion have equal importance in winter also.

Apart from all these the home remedy for gorgeous skin is green tea scrub. Tea leaves are rich in flavonoids which maintain elasticity and makes skin glow. Boil few tea leaves in the water. When the color of water gets changed switch off the flame and cool it. Take 2 teaspoons of that water into a bowl and add 2 teaspoons of brown or white sugar. Later add 1 teaspoon of cream and mix well. Apply it all over the face and scrub in circular motions slowly. Wash the face with cool water after 5 or 10 min. This shows you the better results.
